We combine techniques from different evidence based treatments such as DBT, CBT, Mindfulness for ADHD & Executive Functioning Coaching according to the client’s unique needs.

ADHD College Students

College life can be particularly challenging for students with ADHD due to increased demands for independence and self-regulation. Our comprehensive treatment helps college students develop necessary skills to manage emotions, reduce stress, enhance interactions and improve executive functioning skills such as organization, planning, improved attention and time management for academic success. We also have a comprehensive individualized semester-long program to provide ultimate support.

ADHD Adults

Adults ADHD often face unique challenges in various aspects of their lives, including work, relationships, and personal organization.
